I know you expect a lot from Quadient. We’ve been busy since the launch of R12 in May. The PMM team finished the FMAP (First Mover Advantage Program) release 12.2 and scoped the 12.3 FMAP to advance the roadmap we’ve been bringing to you for the past few years. We’ve been innovating by following your applications, listening to the people in your organization, and adjusting our approach to make it easier for you to communicate with your clients by leveraging Digital Customer Experience among other solutions.

You are used to Quadient talking about major shifts in communication. You can find a longer article I wrote on a Breakthrough Moment at Document Strategy Forum in Boston.

When out PMM team meets clients, we see more types of business stakeholders and users showing up. Everyone is understanding how they are part of a larger communication strategy that drives revenue. More CX professionals are attending Quadient’s webinars and meetings. They are interested in improving the way communications support the entire customer experience.

One thing we have noticed is that CCM is part of a larger digital experience ecosystem. While the market has traditionally defined DXP (Digital Experience Platform) narrowly as horizontal portal technology, it is being defined to include the execution capabilities.

As a result, Quadient is proud to announce that Gartner has officially added us to the lists of companies they cover when evaluating Digital Experience Platforms.

Since we are new on the list, we are looking for some Peer Reviews that share insight as to how Quadient is supporting digital experiences for you. If you are using some interactive capabilities to shorten customer interactions, reduce errors, or improve consistency, let Gartner know.

Are you using journey maps to connect formerly separated communications to reduce customer confusion? If you are adding new digital channels to your print and electronic communication strategy, let them know. The new ways you are interacting with your customers are shaping the market.

If you have a few minutes, please give us a positive review as a vendor in the. DXP market.

If you feel unable to give a positive review, please contact us, because we are working hard to help you transform the experience you provide to your customers.
