Crowd clapping, smiling, at a seminar industry event speech

I attended the Document Strategy Forum in Chicago on May 1 and 2. It was a great show, because I noticed a lot of synergy the attendees, presenters, analysts, and vendors were all talking about the same things.

Madison Advisor’s Gina Ferrara had a packed room for a session on how to make a business case for improving customer experience. Our own Arianna Valentini also had a packed room for her session on how different people in your organization view CX in context of customer communications.

However, I was the most excited at the demonstration area of the exhibit hall. One of our best resources, continuously ran demonstrations during the entirety of the hall hours both Monday and Tuesday, including clients who stayed more than 30 minutes after the hall closed. The excitement for me came with customers, prospects, and analysts were seeing how we have been unifying the portfolio for the last year. One of my favorite moments was when a competitor took photos of the software.

When the demo pod is two to three clients deep, you know you have some interest. This was the first industry event for me after the release of R11, and I was proud to see the Quadient team presenting to this level and getting this interest.
