What is the Aspire Leaderboard?

The grid is composed of an Overall Leaderboard and four sub-grids—Omnichannel Orchestration, Customer Communications, Business Automation, and Automated Document Factory—which each CCM solution is ranked for according to their capabilities and vision. Those who rank highest are considered “leaders” of the grid, which is then reflected on the overarching Leaderboard.

The Aspire Leaderboard is based on fair and independent evaluation of the participating vendors. To ensure neutrality, the evaluators at Aspire do not own stock or shares, have no reseller or distribution relationship in place and receive no commission, remuneration or benefits of any kind from the participating vendors.
