The results are in, and we are incredibly proud to have been recognized once again by Aspire Customer Communications Services as an Overall Leader in 2019!
According to Aspire CSS, "Quadient is a leading provider of CCM and Digital Customer Experience (DCX) solutions with a strong and expanding product portfolio.
A strong differentiator in Quadient’s CX approach is that it aims to develop technology that helps its customers overcomes siloes, by linking professionals in lines-of-business with customer experience and customer communications teams. In the Quadient vision, enterprises will increasingly set up organizational structures, such as a CX shared service or CX steering committee, to control interactions holistically across the entire organization. This vision comes to life by giving CX professionals visibility into the customer journey; the ability to interface and coordinate directly with the design teams and the lines-of-business who control those interactions; along with strong automation and integration."
What is the Aspire Leaderboard?
The Aspire Leaderboard is a dynamic, digital-first, vendor positioning grid that ranks vendors across the CCM industry.
The grid is composed of an Overall Leaderboard and four sub-grids—Omnichannel Orchestration, Customer Communications, Business Automation, and Automated Document Factory—which each CCM solution is ranked for according to their capabilities and vision. Those who rank highest are considered “leaders” of the grid, which is then reflected on the overarching Leaderboard.
The Aspire Leaderboard is based on fair and independent evaluation of the participating vendors. To ensure neutrality, the evaluators at Aspire do not own stock or shares, have no reseller or distribution relationship in place and receive no commission, remuneration or benefits of any kind from the participating vendors.
Conducting your due diligence in order to determine which CCM solution will make the best choice for your organization can be a complex undertaking. The Aspire Leaderboard helps simplify the process.
Be sure to include the results of the 2019 Aspire Leaderboard in your evaluation process.
