We are currently looking for reliable, experienced and customer oriented Account Manager to maintain the continued growth for our Quadient team based in Stockholm.

Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers; leads the customer account planning cycle; ensures the needs of assigned customers are met.

Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers and Partners; leads the customer account planning cycle; ensures the needs of assigned customers are met.

Responsibilities
Account Managers are entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Selling Quadient solutions, products, and services within assigned accounts
  • Becoming intimate with assigned accounts and bridging the gap to executives while increasing Quadient mindshare
  • Solidifying existing customer accounts and elevating Quadient to a more strategic position within all accounts
  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Proactively leading a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for one and three-year periods
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Closely monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure company products and services are aligned to current and future customer expectations
  • Gaining ‘thought leadership’ position in an assigned vertical through the use of social media, industry groups and publications
  • Achieving an assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Achieving strategic customer objectives defined by company management
  • Completing strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet group targets
Requirements
Essential requirements for this role:
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales
  • Experience of Channel Partner Management and Channel Partner acquisition
  • Proven track record of sales within a highly competitive environment
  • Dynamic presenter with the ability to communicate ideas using everyday language
  • 5+ years of experience in a related software industry with at least 3-4 years in a selling role to key accounts
