Quadient, a Gartner and Forrester Customer Communications Management (CCM) industry leader is seeking for Director Service Provider and Business Partners (SP & BPOs). 

The Director of Service Providers, BPOs and Partners is responsible for managing his/her region’s business to exceed annual software license, maintenance renewal and services revenue targets within the SP and BPO industry.

The Director of Service Providers, BPOs and Partners is responsible for managing his/her region’s business to exceed annual software license, maintenance renewal and services revenue targets within the SP and BPO industry.

To achieve this goal, the responsible person will build and develop a consistent high-performance value based sales team, maintain strong customer retention goals for Quadient customers/partners and grow customer reference base to drive strong brand recognition of Quadient solutions in the SP and BPO market place.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for achieving Quadient’s goals and objectives in the related region
  • Develop and evolve SP, BPO and partners strategies to ensure Quadient is the preferred brand
  • Work closely with sales and pre-sales team to implement the Quadient sales methodology to drive activity, opportunity management, synergy engagement, development and training
  • Provide strong sales management/leadership with regular face to face contact with Quadient customers and sales teams
  • Develop a strategy for a successful cross-selling business development among the related customer base
  • Develop a relevant partner enablement program to support Quadient’s strategy and business development
  • Ensure to deliver profitable growth in all aspects of the business.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development and evolution of a high-performance sales team, act as the main point of contact between Quadient and his/her Sub-Region employees
  • Works closely with Quadient marketing to ensure that content and programs support the achievement of financial objectives in his/her Sub-Region/sector
Requirements
  • A proven track record in a similar position
  • A strong network within the sector of print services
  • A proven track record of successfully dealing with business partner within the region of employment
  • In-depth knowledge of the print services and business process outsourcing and respective market conditions and trends
  • Experience in managing a successful Sales team
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • High analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated success in working within a cross-functional environment. Ability to influence and persuade
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts and strategies
  • Highly experienced in price calculation, extensive knowledge of transfer pricing is desirable
  • Very good presentation skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external audience
