Quadient is starting a new Business Unit to develop Mobility solutions, Rapid Mobile Application Development Platform in particular.
You are expected to drive sustainable and aggressive growth to reach the expectation and targets from the board and group shareholders. 
You will be collaborating very closely and have a dotted line with the Product Marketing and R&D for elaborating the Mobility Business Unit product’s road-map and 3-years-plan, with Operational Marketing.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is seeking a challenging role with experience in a rapidly changing and business model within our global organization. We are looking for more than a checklist of experience, we’re hiring for attitude, drive, and people skills. 

Essential requirements for this role are:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
  • At least 10 years in a Leadership position
  • Successful track record in Enterprise B2B Software Sales & Marketing in the Mobile space ideally targeting the Banking, Insurance or Financial Services sectors and/or Web/Mobile Agencies
  • Successful experience in building a new business unit in Digital or Mobile industry
  • Strategic and Operational thinking
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient and results orientated
  • Strong customer networker, in both senior line of business and IT contacts
  • Highly proficient communicator and team player
  • Passion for the technology based products and services

The role:

  • Manage Mobility BU business to exceed annual software license, maintenance renewal and services revenue targets
  • P&L Responsibility: Ensure that the BU delivers profitable growth in all aspects of the business
  • Build and develop a consistent high-performance value based sales, pre-sales and services team
  • Significantly scale Enterprise (direct) business into key vertical markets – FS&I
  • Drive the partner strategy to support the achievement of financial goals and enterprise customer project delivery
  • Grow customer reference base to drive strong brand recognition of Quadient  Mobility solutions at a Global Level
  • Acts as a liaison between the organisation and the wider Neopost community, building relationships with peer organisations when appropriate
  • Works closely with Quadient  marketing to ensure that content and programs support the achievement of financial objectives of the Mobility BU.
This role can be home-based office in the United States or Canada.
