Marketing Enablement Specialist

The Marketing Enablement Specialist is to help deliver a holistic training and knowledge acquisition structure with the identification and execution of cross-functional processes. A key element to marketing enablement is helping the consistent use of technologies that enable marketing results. The enablement team takes the role of gathering and explaining business requirements to the local and global marketing teams. The enablement team has an excellent understanding of marketing and customers, and operations has a better understanding of tools and orchestrate success across all of marketing, not just in one group.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Works with the marketing operations and marketing leadership on training, documentation, and usage of all marketing systems/tools
  • Creates best practices documentation on marketing activities and shares across all regions, disciplines, etc
  • Trains new and existing marketing employees on systems, tools, processes, and best practices
  • Works with sales enablement, sales operations, and HR to ensure marketing technologies and processes are externalized accordingly i.e. lead process)
  • Updates and communicates changes to systems, tools and processes
  • Help track and monitor marketing operations support tickets

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – specifically writing and presenting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities from a number of internal clients
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Marketing automation (Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or other) is a must
  • An executor. Execution is imperative on this high-performing team
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
