Quadient is looking for a Pre-sales Solution Architect to help us grow our business in Tokyo. 

As Pre-sales you will be focusing on providing prospects with an understanding of how Quadient’s solution can add value to their organization. This is achieved through requirement gathering, providing demonstrations, responding to proposals, and supporting the respective Sales.

The ideal candidate has experience in the field of providing Information Technology Solutions and Customer Communication Management.

  • Being proven a successful Solution Architect i.e. Instrumental in Major Business Wins in Software Industry 

 

What else would be great?

  • Fluent spoken and written English, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of personalized printing applications, layout and any other form of electronic communication
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge of Customer Communications Management
  • Solid Experience in a similar role in term of geographical scope and content (CCM)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Delegate effectively and focus on people development

 

What would you be responsible for:

  • Present and demonstrate the Quadient’s solution to help achieve the Sales team to win.
  • Work with the Sales team and partners to help develop solutions proposals.
  • Ensure smooth engagement and transition of customers to the Professional Service Office team.
  • Focusing on Quadient products and application management and Enterprise management solutions
  • Contributing technical and product information relating to proposals or requests for information
  • Recognizing and communicating opportunities to up-sell based on solutions insight
  • Actively helping develop product expertise
  • Participating and contributing to community work and cross operational co-operation
  • Representing Quadient at marketing events
  • Discovering customers’ business pains and identifying solutions to address them
  • Interacting with product development about new releases and new functionality
