Your role will include providing varying duties across Office Management, Sales Administration and Marketing such as:

 

  • Day to day running of the office: reception, negotiating related affairs, administration and purchasing, etc.
  • Provision of administrative support to other employees including travel management, meeting arrangements, booking, etc.
  • Sales support and administration to the North EMEA VP and the team working with Salesforce
  • Marketing related activities including but not limited to: supporting company events both internal and external, digital marketing campaigns, print marketing, etc.
  • HR related duties and policies: manage personnel administration, holidays registration, office equipment distribution as well as on-site on-boarding and ensuring completion of according documents

 

Essentially you will need to have:

 

  • 2 years’ experience in general administration and/or HR and/or sales administration/marketing
  • Accurate administrative knowledge
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office package
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
  • Tech-savvy personality
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Experience using either Salesforce, SAP and/or Egencia is a plus

 

You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures to improve the smooth running of the office. This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. The position will suit you if you have a good interpersonal and presentation and problem-solving skills.
