What would you be responsible for:

  • Support administrative processes and procedures
  • Facilitate sales operational activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational process improvements
  • Ensure company sales processes are followed; and constructively action on any infringement
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of quality and accuracy with post-opportunity level protocols within Salesforce (i.e. work orders)
  • Generate and submit reports as required
  • Create and maintain customer schedules to be used by the sales team, accounting and licensing/support
  • Maintain the contract and sales document repository on Dojo
  • Work directly with stakeholders on solving customer facing issues
  • Maintain customer records and update customer information as required
  • Address in a professional manner any operational concerns brought forward by stakeholders
  • Participate in training and cross-training initiatives within all departments as required
  • Act as a role model to other staff members by consistently adhering to company values
  • Build and maintain respectful and productive relationships with stakeholders
  • Other appropriate assignments

Quadient is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator for the team in Markham.

Essential requirements for this role include:
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility and works well under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Working knowledge of intermediate MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and PDF
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge is an asset
  • General understanding of Sales Contracts
  • Demonstrate pride in quality of their work
  • Professionalism under challenging circumstances
  • Excellent presentation skills
