 What’s your role?

As a Solution Implementation Specialist , you work with Fortune 500 customers to ensure that customers’ software delivery requirements are fulfilled.  Not only do you work to deliver existing business, you play an integral role in crafting customer requirements and delivering to those specifications.  As a member of the Implementation team, you will continue to develop your skills as each opportunity will represent an opportunity to further extend your knowledge and skill set.

 What will you be doing?

  • Deploy and integrate and test Quadient products at customer sites;
  • capture and analyze client requirements to ensure that products and solutions will accomplish the client objectives.
  • Work with customers on network architectural design and integration points;
  • Troubleshoot issues with customer and Quadient team;
  • Support end-to-end testing and acceptance on customer's network;
  • Understand and guide the technical scope and integrations during all phases of implementation;
  • Integrating Quadient's products with partner and third party applications
  • Deal directly with clients' Engineering, IT and Marketing departments;
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to existing customers and new customers.
  • Prepare and deliver solution design specifications,
  • Work on customer solution design.
  • Understand our product offering, market approach and Unique Value Propositions and be able to architect solutions for customers based on this
  • Travel to client locations locally and regionally
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to generate future opportunities

 What do you need to succeed?                                                

  • Proven experience in a technical implementation role (5+ years) with a high degree of client interaction at senior levels;
  • Experience with Customer Communication Management software or similar (Customer Relationship Management, Print Software)
  • Scripting experience (Java) & solution design experience required
  • Familiarity with UNIX and Windows
  • Strong analytical skills to understand needs and deploy solutions accordingly
  • Understanding of Project Management principles
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing concepts and practices
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and cross-group collaboration skills are essential;
  • Ability to work autonomously, on multiple opportunities, strong listening, fact finding and analysis skills
  • A university degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent;
  • Ability to travel at short notice.
