Leveraging on our position of CCM leader (Customer Communication Management) according to Gartner and Forrester, we, Quadient (formerly known as GMC Software), are currently looking for a new team member for our Professional Services team (PSO) in order to support our important growth in France and our transformation to CXM (Customer Experience Management).

The PSO team is dedicated to the success of the customer and their implementation. It supports the digital transformation of Quadient's customers and successfully implement their solutions. A Professional Services Consultant influences the success of each implementation and is a vital link between the customer and Quadient.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the projects within schedule and budget constraints 
  • Fulfilling customer satisfaction and business needs 
  • Building strong vertical skills on Quadient products and designing deployment architectures accordingly 
  • Preparing project deliverables 
  • Ensuring that Quadient quality standards are met by all deliverables and communications 
  • Coordinating junior resources and partners in the delivery of project activities 
  • Trainings and sales support – proof-of-concepts, presentations for partners, customers and internal departments

 Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT/software consulting 
  • Project management and service management skills 
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
  • Fluent spoken and written both French and English

 Other Requirements:

  • Experience in the banking, insurance or utilities industries 
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Solid Interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in Java / Javascript
  • Technical mobile application development background is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of customer communications management, personalized printing applications, layout and any other form of electronic communication is a plus 
  • Formal project and service management training (Prince2, CAPM,PMP,ITIL) is a plus
