Multi-Year Plan




Quadient Canada Ltd. established and implemented a multi-year accessibility plan to identify and remove barriers and meet legislative compliance.


Quadient Canada Ltd. posted the accessibility plan on its external website.


The multi-year plan will be reviewed in every five (5) years thereafter along with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).

Quadient Canada Ltd. is working to ensure the website and web content conforms to the World Wide Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level A and eventually Level AA.

By achieving compliance with WCAG 2.0, employees and customers will receive web information in an accessible format. This will provide them with equal and appropriate access to the information they need.

Every few years, Quadient Canada Ltd. resurfaces the parking lot and during those days, the accessible parking spot is unavailable to employees and/or visitors. When this happens, a sign will be posted to explain the disruption and a temporary accessible parking spot will be made available.

Quadient Canada Ltd. shall upon request, provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for persons with disabilities in a timely manner at no extra cost and will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of an accessible format or communication support.
