Design special prize giveaways via your parcel locker. Prize giveaways can consist of gift cards, select items ranging from TVs and gaming consoles, or a vacation getaway. By opening giveaway entries to customers who choose Click-and-Collect as their delivery option, you will increase sales by driving consumers in-store, while growing customer interest in your brand with a new engaging experience.

3. Coupon incentives

Coupons are a dynamic tool to help drive foot traffic in-store, grow customer loyalty, and increase sales. Including exclusive coupons with Click-and-Collect orders creates a new urgency for customers to stay and make an additional purchase, or quickly return to the store to utilise their coupon before it expires. If you include trackable coupons with Click-and-Collect purchases, you can collect valuable insights on customer preferences, redemption rates, and general usage, to build a stronger understanding of consumer preferences.
