In 2020 Quadient conducted a survey to gain insight into consumer shopping behaviours and expectations regarding parcel delivery. The survey highlighted issues surrounding delivery of parcels, with 31% of participants expecting to miss at least one delivery this year. Additionally, a shocking 20% of participants had experienced lost or stolen in the past 12 months.
