FAQ - Postage
Customer Service agents are available Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm CST.
Our postage system is closed every day from 2:00am - 4:00am CST for updating.
Customer Service can be reached at 1-800-636-7678.
- Press the "Funds" button.
- Select “Funds Used / Funds Available”.
- The information is displayed.
- Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
For your convenience, you can view and manage your postage needs online by logging in to your Myquadient account at www.myquadient.com.
If the check is sent by regular mail, allow 7- 10 business days to post to your account. Checks that are sent by overnight delivery take 3-4 business days to post.
Please… Do not send your payment to Quadient. Checks for postage must be made payable to “USPS” and sent to one of the three processing centers, which are contracted by USPS to accept these payments. You should choose the processing center closest to your local area. Once your check is received, the processing center posts it to your postage account within 7 – 10 business days.
In order to ensure the fastest possible availability of your postage, please include your postage account number on your check.
Instead of writing a check for postage and waiting for it to be received, processed and added to your account, you can sign up for our No Deposit - ACH Debit Program.
