Quadient showcases CX best practices at premier industry event

[April 5, 2018] — www.quadient.com: Quadient, formerly GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), will be sponsoring, presenting and exhibiting at Xplor International’s Xploration® 18. Also known as The Customer Communications Conference, the two-and-a-half-day event will bring together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors who will share the latest best practices and trends in the customer communications industry. This year’s conference, being held April 17-19 at Rosen Plaza in Orlando, FL, is attended by enterprise users involved with the design, production and distribution of transactional documents.

Quadient will also be sponsoring the breakfast session, “A Morning with Keypoint Intelligence.” In this analyst session, Keypoint Intelligence-InfoTrends will share research updates, relevant insights and discussion of a wide range of topics including customer communications, production and workflow.
