Quadient to Showcase Cloud Communications Built for the Future at XPLOR21

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, will be participating actively in XPLOR21 as a Diamond Sponsor of the event.  Themed “The Future of Customer Communications,” XPLOR21 is being held November 16-18 in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Quadient will both exhibit and speak at the event, as well as sponsor the lunch on Tuesday, November 16.

Visitors to Booth 24 will learn the benefits of Quadient Inspire Evolve, Quadient’s high-performance, SaaS customer communications management (CCM) solution. Inspire Evolve was created to align with the needs of today’s agile line of business leaders by integrating four components: content author, front office, generate and archive, in a centralized hub within the Quadient Cloud. Additionally, Quadient will be sharing a sneak peek of the upcoming Inspire Flex R15 update at its booth.

Quadient’s CCM experts will lead several educational sessions:

  • Ask The Expert – Tuesday, November 16 at 10:05 a.m. EST – Quadient will discuss its CCM and CXM solutions.
  • 2021 CCM Best Practices Survey – Tuesday, November 16 at 11:30 a.m. EST – Scott Draeger, M-EDP, CCXP, vice president of customer transformation at Quadient, and John Kullmann, vice president, technology solutions at Macrosoft, Inc., will present the findings of an industry best practices survey conducted by Quadient’s partner, Macrosoft, on the key decisions businesses are making to ensure success in CCM. 
  • Aligning CCM, CXM, CJO, DXP, AI to Improve CX – Wednesday, November 17 at 9:30 a.m. EST – Scott Draeger will discuss the differences between customer communications, customer experience, marketing automation, journey orchestration, digital experience platforms and other technologies and how they translate to business value.

Each year, Xplor International, a nonprofit association for the customer communications industry, presents its independent Technology and Application of the Year Awards at its annual conference. Quadient will be honored for winning Xplor’s 2021 Application of the Year Honorable Mention for InspireXpress, a solution that applies artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to the time-consuming problem of migrating legacy CCM applications to a new platform.
