Customer Communications Management (CCM), a business operation within New Zealand Post, adopted Quadient Inspire seven years ago for document management and digital communication services to enhance their customers communications and experiences. Today CCM creates well over 100 million communications for New Zealand companies and Government using Quadient software.

The Covid-19 restrictions have forced most businesses globally to work from home. As CCM was deemed an essential service during a nationwide NZ lockdown, they were asked by many essential service organisations to produce various covid-19 specific communications immediately whilst working remotely. CCM was aware of Quadients’ Covid-19 business continuity plan offer to support its customers and partners during the pandemic restrictions, so they reached out.  The requirement to scale up Direct Marketing (DM), development operation to meet the immediate demands meant additional temporary licences were required.  These temporary licences have allowed New Zealand Post to easily continue the production of essential DM communications
