Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a global automation platform powering secure and sustainable business connections, today announced that Send and Receive Ltd, a UK print and mail provider, has deployed a new Quadient mail automation solution, including the DS-1200 G4iQ folder inserter, Impress software, AIMS (Automated Insertion Management System), and inline envelope printing.

This deployment builds on a long-standing partnership, with Quadient continuing to support Send and Receive Ltd’s evolving needs. By providing trusted, scalable solutions, Quadient helps increase production capacity, streamline workflows, and strengthen compliance through integrated, closed-loop verification. Further enhancements are already planned to support continued expansion.

Based in Milton Keynes, Send and Receive Ltd provides multi-channel communications services spanning print, mailing, postage and digital delivery. With over 15 years as a Quadient customer, the company introduced the new solution to meet growing demand and address operational constraints, including limitations with a competitor's folder inserter.

Due to legacy systems operating at maximum capacity, growth was restricted, and onboarding new clients proved challenging. Additionally, fragmented workflows between envelope printing and mail insertion led to inefficiencies, and the lack of system integration hindered closed-loop verification, increasing compliance risks.

By implementing Quadient’s DS-1200 G4i folder inserter alongside AIMS and Impress software, Send and Receive Ltd has consolidated multiple processes into a single, streamlined workflow. Inline envelope printing further reduces manual handling and eliminates the need for standalone systems, aligning with the goals set out in previous improvement efforts.

The integrated solution builds on these changes by enabling full closed-loop verification, ensuring document accuracy, supporting GDPR compliance, and improving throughput and operational efficiency.

“As our business has grown, it became clear that our existing infrastructure was holding us back,” said Liam Crane, Director at Send and Receive Ltd. “With Quadient’s integrated solution, we have moved to a scalable, efficient production environment. We can now take on new clients with confidence, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.”

“Print service providers need to scale efficiently while maintaining control and accuracy,” said Duncan Groom, Chief Solutions Officer, Mail, Quadient. “By combining high-performance hardware with intelligent automation, we help customers modernise production and support sustainable growth.”

The deployment highlights Quadient’s continued role in supporting print service providers as they modernize operations, improve efficiency, and scale to meet evolving customer and regulatory demands.
