An Accounts Payable solution, Cash Dashboards, AI-powered finance processes and additional e-invoicing capabilities expand Quadient’s offering for German customers

MUNICH – 29 October 2026 – Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a global automation platform provider enabling secure and sustainable business interactions, today announced a significant expansion of its finance automation solutions. Quadient Accounts Payable, Cash Dashboards and AI-powered analytics are now available in Germany. Earlier this month, the company also introduced an AI agent for accounts receivable management. Quadient’s solutions enable businesses not only to meet upcoming e-invoicing requirements but also to drive a broader transformation of their finance processes through AI-powered capabilities, automated workflows and greater visibility.

The upcoming e-invoicing mandate may tempt businesses to focus exclusively on implementing regulatory requirements. However, Quadient recommends viewing compliance as just the starting point. The real objective should be to think beyond compliance. Automated finance processes help reduce manual workloads, improve operational efficiency and provide greater visibility into cash flow and working capital. This gives CFOs the insights they need to make faster, more informed business decisions. Quadient supports this transformation through its portfolio of accounts payable and accounts receivable management solutions.

“We are currently seeing many businesses prioritise compliance with regulatory requirements before considering broader automation opportunities. This often leads to fragmented solutions and data silos, resulting in greater complexity, additional integration efforts and rising total cost of ownership,” explains Oliver Rauschil, Senior Director Digital Sales Central Europe at Quadient. “With our integrated solutions portfolio, businesses can use current regulatory requirements as an opportunity to modernise their operations, creating fully automated, more efficient and transparent finance processes.”

New additions to the portfolio include an Accounts Payable solution and Cash Dashboards featuring AI-powered analytics and recommendations. With this launch, Quadient is also expanding its e-invoicing capabilities for businesses whose ERP systems only generate static document outputs. Together with the recently introduced AI agent for processing customer emails and managing accounts receivable, these new applications form part of the Quadient Suite.

The Quadient Suite brings together finance automation and Customer Communication Management on a single platform, with a centralised access point. Businesses benefit from a consistent user experience across different business-critical applications. This integrated approach simplifies supplier management while also optimising administration and security.
