MyQuadient customer portal
MyQuadient is the customer portal for account and equipment services. Depending on your account, you can view invoices and statements, manage postage funding, access equipment information, update details and submit support requests.
Open the MyQuadient registration page. Enter the account information requested, then follow the verification email to create a secure password and accept the current terms and privacy information.
The account number is shown on Quadient invoices, statements and welcome communications. Contact support if you cannot locate it or if your organisation manages several accounts.
• View available invoices, statements and payment information
• Manage postage funding and account alerts
• View registered equipment and selected activity reports
• Update contact or location details
• Submit and track support requests
Select the forgotten-password option on the sign-in page and follow the secure link sent to your registered email address. Check your spam folder and contact support if the message does not arrive.
For most MyQuadient accounts, the username is the email address used during registration.
The current terms explain how the portal and connected services operate, including account access and use of equipment information. Review the terms and Quadient privacy statement before accepting them.
Open the invoice, statement or documents area in MyQuadient. The names and location of menu items may vary as the portal is updated.
Use the equipment or account selector in MyQuadient and choose the option to add a location, if available. You may need the account number and postcode for the additional site. Contact support when access is controlled centrally by your organisation.
Available applications are shown on the MyQuadient dashboard or through the product menu. The section may be displayed differently depending on your account and permissions.
If NeoSlogan is enabled for your machine, open it from MyQuadient or the applicable machine service area. Availability depends on the equipment model and account configuration.
NeoStats provides online reporting for compatible connected franking machines. Sign in to MyQuadient to see whether it is enabled for your equipment.
Open the profile or account menu and select Sign out or Log out. Always sign out when using a shared computer.
Use a current, supported version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Keep the browser and operating system updated. Internet Explorer is no longer supported.
Slogans and envelope customisation
A slogan is a company logo or message printed as part of an eligible franking impression. It can help identify your organisation or promote a campaign, subject to the machine and Royal Mail requirements.
An ERA is an envelope return address used to help undeliverable mail return to your organisation. Keep it current when your business address changes.
Use NeoSlogan through MyQuadient if it is available for your machine. Follow the design and approval process shown on screen. Contact support when the service is not shown or your machine requires a different process.
Follow the model-specific download and default-imprint instructions in the Knowledge Base or virtual assistant. Complete a connection call if the machine needs to retrieve approved artwork.
Supplies and envelopes
Use the Quadient eShop or the supplies link in MyQuadient to order compatible ink, labels, envelopes and other consumables. Select the exact machine model to avoid ordering an incompatible item.
Use the envelope enquiry route on the Quadient website or contact the supplies team through the support hub. Include the format, quantity, window position, print requirements and delivery date.
Check the current eShop range. Product availability and customer offers may change.
General help

Use the legal, supplier or insurance documents area on the Quadient website, or request the current certificate through your Quadient contact. Check that the certificate period is valid before sharing it with procurement.
Start from the Quadient UK & Ireland support hub. Sign in to MyQuadient for account-specific help and equipment requests, use the Knowledge Base for self-service guidance, and select the dedicated product portal for software or Parcel Pending support.
