Quadient Expands Availability of Oversize Parcel Locker Solutions to the Multifamily Industry

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels and a major global parcel locker operator, announced today it is bringing its Parcel Pending by Quadient Oversize Lockers to the multifamily industry.

This newest solution in the Parcel Pending portfolio of smart locker solutions was successfully introduced in September 2022 to retailers and distributors as a new way to provide customers with automated and streamlined pick-up and returns for extra-large and oversize goods. Quadient is now expanding the offering to owners and managers of multifamily properties, with the capability to increase operational efficiency for property management and enhance the delivery pick-up experience for residents for large items, such as bicycles, bedding and kitchen appliances.

Parcel Pending by Quadient Oversize Lockers will make their first appearance at the National Apartment Association’s annual conference, Apartmentalize 2023, in Booth #921 on June 8-9 in Atlanta and will be generally available this summer.
