For Sage 100 and Sage 300: Exported invoices matched to purchase orders are posted through the Purchase Order workflow. After importing, you complete posting directly in your Sage system as part of your usual process.

For Sage Intacct: Data is transferred securely via an API connection. PO-matched invoices automatically appear in your purchasing or accounts payable module for review and posting, depending on your setup.

For Sage 50 US: The standard Quadient AP Automation connector supports invoice and PO workflows. Invoices are posted into the accounts payable module. PO workflows can be configured if needed.
