Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, will showcase its customer communications management (CCM) and customer journey mapping solutions at InsureTech Connect Vegas, one of the world’s largest insurance industry events that brings together insurance professionals, investors and technology providers. The event is being held September 20-22 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
In Booth #2266, the Quadient team will be demonstrating how insurers are delivering critical customer communications with flexible on-premises, private cloud, hybrid, managed service or as a full software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployments. During the life of a CCM solution, insurance carriers may often have a need to move some or all omnichannel communications to another platform, especially as regulations, customer expectations and enterprise architecture preferences rapidly evolve. Quadient uniquely accommodates technology, infrastructure and financial models that fit use cases for CCM through the entire lifecycle of insurance customers, including acquisition, onboarding and servicing.
Quadient is sponsoring the event’s official Kick-off Reception at the Daylight Beach Club on Tuesday, September 20 from 5-7 p.m. Additionally, the following Quadient partners will be participating at the company’s booth:
- Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services, will be presenting at the Quadient booth on Wednesday, September 21 from 1:30-2 p.m.
- Duck Creek, a software solutions provider for the property and casualty and general insurance industry, will be presenting at the Quadient booth on Thursday, September 22 from 11-11:30 a.m.
- BlueRush, a personalized interactive video SaaS company, will join the Quadient team at the booth throughout the event.
The Quadient Inspire CCM software suite is made up of Inspire Evolve, a full SaaS solution; Inspire Flex, an on-premise and hybrid-cloud solution; Inspire Journey, a SaaS customer journey mapping and orchestration solution; and Quadient Impress, a cloud-based multi-channel document delivery solution for small- to medium-sized businesses or business units. Quadient also offers insurers accounting and finance automation solutions for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
