Automat'ink terms and conditions

The Automat'Ink service is free of charge and consists of the Supplier shipping a new ink cartridge for the mailing system identified in this purchase order whenever the current ink cartridge in the mailing system reaches 20 percent remaining of its ink capacity, subject to payment of each shipped cartridge price (made available at shop.quadient.co.uk) plus applicable taxes and shipping costs under the payment terms set forth in the terms and conditions attached.

This service may be terminated at any time by written notice, without the termination of this service calling into question the duration of the contract. Customer shall also be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by Quadient in connection with the recovery of the outstanding balance including legal fees and any debt collection agency fees on a full indemnity basis less the Fixed Sum. Quadient may suspend all Services due under this Contract until payment of the relevant invoice is made in full. The Customer shall not purport to withhold or delay payment of an invoice on the basis that a purchase order was not issued for the Order. The Customer shall not purport to set off or withhold any payments claimed or due to Quadient under this Contract or any other contract.

The Parties shall wherever possible use electronic invoicing, credits, statements, and payment methods to avoid delays and ensure security of transactions. All payments made between parties should include a remittance note detailing what items the payment is to be assigned against. Parties shall not offer or accept payments in cash.Payments must be made from an account held by the invoiced company to an account held by the company that issued the invoice, except in exceptional circumstances subject to the prior written approval of Quadient after communication of all the supporting documents required.
