Quadient Suite Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quadient Suite (previously known as “Quadient Hub” or “Quadient Digital Platform”), provided by Quadient and its affiliates (“Quadient,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Quadient Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Quadient Suite.

1. Relationship with Quadient Cloud-Based Solutions

a) Access via Subscription. Quadient Suite is accessible to Customers who have subscribed to one or more Quadient cloud-based solutions (“Quadient Solutions”). Not all Quadient Solutions include access to Quadient Suite. Where access is provided, it is governed by these Terms in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant Quadient Solution (“Solution Terms”).

b) Additional Terms for Quadient Suite. These Terms apply specifically to your use of Quadient Suite and supplement the Solution Terms. By accessing or using Quadient Suite, you agree to comply with these Terms, particularly those relating to data protection and artificial intelligence features. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Solution Terms, these Terms shall govern your use of Quadient Suite.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Quadient Suite may include features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar technologies (“AI Features”). These may rely on services provided by third party providers. In order to generate outputs, AI Features may require user inputs, prompts, queries and other relevant data available within Quadient Suite to be processed by Quadient and such third-party providers. AI outputs are advisory in nature and are intended to support user analysis and decision-making. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. You remain responsible for verifying and validating all AI outputs before relying on them. AI Features are intended to support, not replace, human judgment. AI Features do not make decisions on your behalf and do not automatically execute transactions or changes to your systems.

3. Disclaimers Quadient Suite and AI Features are provided “as is” and “as available.” Quadient does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Certain AI Features depend on services provided by third parties. Quadient does not control such services and makes no warranties on their behalf.

4. Changes to terms Quadient may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quadient Suite after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
