In our November 2022 survey of 114 users of Quadient Impress or its predecessor OMS-500, our customers indicated the most important factors when selecting the software as their document automation solution. More than sixty-five percent of customers reported that ease of use of the solution was the most important factor, while over 30 indicated that the simple implementation of the solution to avoid disruption to their business was the most important factor.
