Prior to implementing Quadient Impress or OMS 500, how were your outbound communication processes handled?
In our November 2022 survey of 114 users of Quadient Impress or its predecessor OMS-500, our customers shared how they handled their outbound communication processes prior to implementing the solution. Fifty-five percent of customers reported that their outbound communication processes were handled manually, while just over 30% indicated that they were handled in-house with a previous version of the solution or with a Quadient hardware solution and just over 10% indicated that they previously used a competitive solution.
The issue with manual processes
Many small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) still use manual processes to send crucial transactional customer documents such as invoices, statements, notifications, and contracts.
Manual processes impact your business in many ways:
- Reduced productivity
- Increased labor costs
- Reduced employee satisfaction
- Increased risk due to errors
To remain competitive, SMBs must optimize their speed and make the most of their lean teams and resources. One way to achieve this goal is to eliminate inefficient manual processes by using intelligent document automation.
Quadient Impress automates your entire outbound document workflow enabling you to eliminate repetitive and tedious manual processes by digitizing them and enabling your staff to focus on what matters most.
