First-ever Experience Partner Awards Announced by Quadient

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, has announced its first-ever Experience Partner Awards. The awards recognize partners that excel in working with Quadient’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) software solutions, providing maximum value for customers, partners and Quadient. Award winners were recognized on November 18 during the Quadient Inspire Days Virtual Experience, a global conference for customer experience (CX) professionals.

The global Partner of the Year award went to Capgemini, a leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. Capgemini’s consistently strong base of consultants supports implementations of Inspire Flex, Quadient’s enterprise omnichannel customer communications management (CCM) solution. Capgemini has more than 120 Quadient Inspire Certifications, receives high satisfaction rates from customers and is part of the Experience Partner Advisory Board, providing input on Quadient’s CX strategy and software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings. 

Blue Rush received the Global Technology of the Year award. Blue Rush provides the personalized video solution, IndiVideo, that integrates into Quadient Inspire. Together, Blue Rush and Quadient present an innovative omnichannel delivery solution for customers, expanding both companies’ upsell capability and increasing customer satisfaction.

Quadient revamped its customer experience management (CXM) software solutions partnership program in October 2020, creating its Experience Partner Program to empower Quadient partners with the knowledge and support needed to successfully implement and maximize the value of Quadient’s CXM software solutions.
