Approximately how many customer communications do you send each month (envelopes or digital communications)?

In our November 2022 survey of 117 users of Quadient Impress, our customers indicated how many customer communications (envelopes or digital communications) they send per month.  The majority of customers (44%) indicated that they send between 500 and 3,000 envelopes per month, with 19% of respondents indicating that they send less than 500 communications per month using Quadient Impress.

Customers generally use Impress for one of three main purposes:

• to automate their folder inserters and get documents into envelopes accurately and cost-effectively
• to outsource their mail production and sending
• to send mail digitally.
