Adare SEC expands partnership with Quadient to digitally transform customer communications

Wednesday, Sep 28th 2022

Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, has today announced an expanded partnership with Adare SEC, a service provider of multichannel customer communications. Adare SEC has committed to a strategic 3-year investment that sees a transition to a flexible, scalable subscription license as well as extending the existing commitment to DigitalNOW; Quadient’s programme that helps service providers deliver agile 2-way digital communications.

For more than a decade, Quadient has been enabling Adare SEC to help its clients to communicate more profitably with their customers. The investment in DigitalNOW, a relatively new offering, has already enabled Adare SEC clients to address immediate business challenges that have unblocked significant business value and delivered tangible operational cost reductions across different use cases.

The subscription-based model will enable Adare SEC, (formed through the integration of four businesses into one) to utilise the most cost-effective management of licenses it uses across all customer communication channels. The new model not only removes constraints associated with outdated licenses but provides an essential building block for the ongoing development and evolution of the existing product set.

Andrew Herd, Chief Digital & Information Officer, Adare SEC, comments: “Our recent launch of DigitalNOW has transformed our business model and is allowing us to rapidly deploy digital, CX led solutions for our clients that meet their, often urgent business challenges. This together with a multi-year commitment to a much-simplified license subscription model further illustrates the strength of our partnership with Quadient and underlines Adare SEC’s commitment to a digital future.”

Andrew Oldham, Sales Director CXM, at Quadient comments: “We are thrilled to build on our successful partnership with Adare SEC, helping them enhance their traditional customer proposition as well as become a credible enabler of digital experiences for their loyal customer base. We’ve recognised that traditional license models hinder our customers and absorb time and effort that should be on end customer need.  Adare SEC can now focus on the job at hand without being so concerned on capacity, uptime or resiliency.”
